Saltire are predominately a service provider company who deliver to Registered Social Landlords. Our core activities include an installation, reactive repairs/maintenance and servicing facility for all multi fuelled domestic heating systems and cooking appliances and electrical full and partial rewiring of domestic properties combined with the heating installation of panel, storage and wet systems.
In completing these core activities we also provide plumbing services that encompass full repipes of domestic hot and cold water systems and where required renewal of bathroom and kitchen furniture.
Other business activities are the in house provision of a 24/7 call centre facility and a quality control/inspection service on your central heating systems, electrical wiring or on your current contractor.

Saltire Facilities Management Ltd (Saltire) lived up to its name recently by yet again flying the flag for Scotland at a prestigious national awards ceremony.
Saltire were awarded for the second time the coveted UK Installer of the Year for Scotland accolade at the UK’s annual CORGI Awards ceremony, held at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry, on the 9th September. For this particular award judges select those who are committed to excelling in customer service, satisfaction, promotion of gas safety and an exemplary work record.
The CORGI Awards have been dubbed the ‘Oscars of the Gas Industry’ and are a wonderful opportunity to recognise excellence and reward those people, products and services committed to gas safety and improving the industry.
